The CV Brake Linings Automatic Grinding Line is a professional integrated processing system exclusively developed by Fu Chun Jiang Brake Linings Machines, designed specifically for precision machining of commercial vehicle (CV) brake linings.
It integrates three key processes—arc grinding, hole drilling, and cleaning—into a continuous, seamless production flow, eliminating disjointed operation links that hinder efficiency.
This integrated design enables high-precision batch processing, significantly enhancing production efficiency while maintaining consistent product quality during large-scale mass production.

Compatible CV Brake Lining Dimensions

Inner arc radius ranges from R142 to R245, covering most common CV brake lining models available in the market.
Maximum width is ≤ 254mm, flexible to adapt to different lining size requirements of various commercial vehicle types.
Thickness ranges from 12mm to 30mm, fully complying with standard thickness specifications for automotive brake systems.
Chord length spans 135mm to 250mm, compatible with diverse CV brake lining structural designs.

CV Brake Lining Combined Grinder Performance

Total installed power reaches 17.4KW, providing sufficient and stable power support for long-hour continuous operation.
Equipped with 4 chamfer motors, each with 2.2KW power, ensuring efficient, uniform chamfering of brake linings.
Inner arc grinding motor adopts 7.5KW power, guaranteeing precise grinding effect and superior surface finish of the processed linings.

Applicable to brake linings with thickness up to 30mm, perfectly matching the maximum thickness range of the integrated grinding line.
Comes with 4 drilling heads, supporting maximum drilling diameter ≤Φ23.5 and enabling simultaneous multi-hole processing to save time.
Hole pitch ranges from 25mm to 125mm, with a main spindle speed of 2840rpm to ensure drilling accuracy and efficiency.
Axis strokes: A/C (Horizontal) 0-150mm; X/Y (Vertical) 0-150mm; Axis B hub rotation 0-360°, allowing flexible adjustment of hole positions.
Stroke control is driven by servo motors for stable and precise movement; total power of the machine is 23KW.
